Patient: Carrie was right there with 58 points and I just — I had a feeling about how this was going to go. And I was right. Which somehow made it harder, not easier. The final margin: just 2 points.

Carrie read the room perfectly. I'm not even upset. I'm inspired. I think. Is that healthy? Dr. Nakamura: It sounds like healthy appreciation to me. Let's stay with that.
